Minor Scale

Minor scale is another common type of scale in Western music. Compared to major scales, minor scales have different interval patterns and emotional expressions.

The minor scale is also composed of seven notes arranged in a specific interval order. In minor scales, the interval relationship between each note is also fixed.

The mode of minor scale is: whole tone, half tone, whole tone, half tone, whole tone, whole tone.

There are three different types of minor scales: natural minor, harmonic minor, and melodic minor.
